It is only more recently beginning to gain some attention in North America in part due to its use by Suzanne Somers for her successful breast cancer treatment.  Among the integrative cancer therapies offered by our Naturopathic Doctors, mistletoe has the most scientific literature and studies supporting its use.

  There are specific supplements that have been shown to have anti-cancer effects and decrease the risks of metastasis. Choosing the correct holistic cancer care supplements is important, and selections should take into account your current health status, type and staging of the cancer, and any other treatments that you are currently undergoing.
